Catalog Parties

With a catalog party, you should include the following:

  • 5 catalogs (or more…ask the hostess what she needs
  • Monthly Special Flyer
  • Sample order form filled out in blue ink so that your hostess has a visual aide to help her with her first order.
  • 10-15 printed order forms
  • Thirty~One Opportunity Flyer or Brochure (your catalog party hostess may be your next team member!)
  • Fabric Swatches, if you have an extra set to spare; here is a letter to accompany:
  • Possibly Sample Products, if this will help your hostess (I have used flat rate boxes to send product and have asked that the hostess return it.  At times, as a gift, I’ve given her a thermal tote to share and then keep, if she does not personally own Thirty One product to share)  Here is a letter you could include with product, if you are sharing or sending a “party to go.”

    Hi Rachel –

Thanks so much for sharing all of your ideas with us! I am having trouble opening several of the links though. I’m not sure if it is me and my computer or if the documents just aren’t compatible with my operating system. When WORD tries to open then – it can’t. Can you advise? What program do you typically use to view the documents? How are they formatted? .doc? Thanks for your help and thanks for being a GREAT leader!

    Happy Selling!

      Hi Lisa,

I am just getting to updating this blog. Wanted you to know about a program you can download that will help you open docx files if your program does not. It is called openoffice.org and I have posted that to the welcome page now so that everyone can be aware of this. Thanks for letting me know, and I hope this helps!
